Johnny is a portrait of power. Charismatic, manipulative, sociopathic, “Johnny” is the de facto leader of a gang of droupout squeegee kids who spend their days on the unforgiving streets of Toronto. When Johnny gets his hands on a stolen camcorder, he orchestrates a series of increasingly dangerous scenes, spinning everyone out of control.
